Does my product come assembled? All Pride Scooters and Powerchairs come with FREE White Glove Service (assembly and instruction in your home)! You may elect to purchase this service for our other scooters and Powerchairs or (Lifts), or simply hook up the batteries, adjust the (scooter) tiller, put the seat on, read the manual and you’re ready to charge your batteries for the first time! If you do need any help, we always offer free phone support.

Is there any sales tax? Because all our customer service is provided out of Modesto, CA., if you reside in California you will pay sales tax. All California customers will receive a transferable gift coupon worth $50 to apply to any purchase!

How long will it take to receive my order? Allow 7-10 business days.

How do I track my order?You will receive an order confirmation by email, followed by a shipping confirmation when it leaves the warehouse. You may track the status of your order by signing into your account (click on the “MY ACCOUNT/ORDER STATUS” link) and viewing your ORDER HISTORY.

How long is my warranty? We only sell mobility scooters, ramps and lifts from the most reputable mobility companies in the industry that stand behind their products. Most warranties on the scooters are at least 6 months to 1 year in length.

What if I find it cheaper elsewhere but want to buy from MyScooterExpress? Our goal is to offer the lowest prices online. If you find a lower price including shipping elsewhere, we will beat that price. Just call us or send email verification of price.

What is your return policy? Return items must by authorized using a “Return Authorization Number” within 30 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for return shipping plus a 15% restocking fee. The item MUST be in new condition, no cracks, scratches, tears, etc. and complete with all parts and accessories under this policy. A refund will be process within 5 business days. Items arriving damaged must be reported within 48 hours.
